Justin Oickle began his career as a apprentice at a Nissan dealership. He quickly moved through the training process and became a Red Seal Automotive tech. Soon after, Justin was promoted to supervising a small team of technicians, the youngest team leader in the group.
After his time at Nissan, Justin made a change and moved to a Toyota dealership, where he quickly became a valuable heavy line tech with his dedication to quality and productivity.
After some time, a former co-worker had reached out and suggested that he should come work in the Truck and Transport field at a local International dealer.
Justin made the move, and quickly made his name solving different tasks including electrical and engine diagnostic work.
Justin was able to acquire his Red Seal as a Truck and Transport technician, and became a Night Shift Foreman, a position that he excelled at for the remainder of his time with International
While working with International, Justin had built up an automotive service business. In April of 2017, he followed his dream of becoming self employed.
After a year of servicing automotive customers from his home shop and building a reputation for mobile diagnostics for many fleets and local shops, the workload had become overwhelming for one person.
In March of 2018, Advanced Diesel and Auto Repair was born, and in June of 2018, its first employee clocked in for duty.
Fast forward and Advanced Diesel and Auto Repair has established itself as a dominant dealer alternative for fleets and individuals alike.
With 10 employees, 2 service vehicles, 4 light vehicle bays, 4 heavy truck bays, and a fully stocked parts department, we pride ourselves for being a one-stop shop, continuously adding services and capability to take care of all needs.
